Everything fine except the most important part-seeds. Out of 9 seeds only 1 germinated.Im not new in this business so be careful what company You chose.

There is definitely issue with the product. Seeds were treated exactly the same, but one sprouted, the other not.

Seeds from original order sprouted, they are now growing plants, looking good. The replacement however didn't. I've tried to seeds initially and nothing happened. After week of wasted time and hopes I've tried another 3 with exactly same effect.

I have picked my stuff, confirmed with Rhino and paid. The package came pretty quick, within few days. It took me couple of weeks to check them.

Placed my order as usual paid via bank transfer, and have heard nothing since. James has not responded to my numerous emails Rhino website site says order not paid for. This is very unusual as customer service very good. I suspect they are taking orders but not trading. Shame and £66 out of pocket 🙁

Very disappointed! Ive been with rhino seeds for a long time,but not happy about this order or customer service ( or lack of) my item arrived damaged in the post, ice sent a few emails and heard nothing back at all and the number on the website has been switched off and an answer machine service saying sorry call back in half an hour FOR THE LAST 3 WEEKS! Not sure whats happened this year rhino seeds but unless this gets resolved, I won't be back

I have placed an order for types of seeds. Unfortunately, one of them wasn't available. I was offered either to wait or pick some replacement and get double amount.

I went back to RS asking, can this be resolved somehow, they only came back with email saying they can only refund within 30 days.
